Start with scallops and shrimp in the shell, stir fry in olive oil with poblano peppers, red jalapenos, garlic and onion. Add in some diced vine ripe tomatoes, some chicken stock, cayenne powder, a few other spices...it was pretty awesome. Yes, I'm talking about food, my dinner actually....what were you thinking? So I have great food, a bottle of wine I like, what I need is that great friend, lover and companion to share it with. I don't eat much, I'm pretty and petite, but I love good food and good company.
